An Award Winning brie-style cheese, handcrafted on the Connage family farm, by the shores of the Moray Firth. Smooth and pasturised creamy, it is a rather strong earthy brie.
As it ripens, Clava becomes silky and at its best when the texture has become soft and lucious. To achieve excellent results, Connage hand ladle the very delicate curd into moulds and mature it carefully in a temperature controlled store before individually hand wrapping it.
